Thank You residents for your continuous support

Dear Fellow Residents,

We would like to take this opportunity to thanks residents of Phase 1, Taman Desa who came to register their objection on the proposed plan to enhance security level within the guarded community scheme by implementing Road Access Restriction and Wave Access Card System with effect from 01st August 2012.

The Complaint Counter at the Taman Desa Community Centre which were open every Sunday between 10.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm starting 24th June to 22nd July 2012.

A total of 22 residents turn up to lodge their protest of which 2 residents withdrew their protest after filling up the objection form. One resident refused to provide complete information in the objection form and at the same provided wrong residence address. From the number of objection received it confirmed that ONLY 5.6% of the total residents within the guarded neighbourhood objected the implementation of new security measures. Therefore TDP1RA will move forward with the implementation process. Residents will be updated with the latest progress via circular that will be send out to ALL residents after TDP1RA submitted all necessary documents to relevant authorities to notify intention of majority of Phase 1 residents on the new enhance security system.

Find below photos taken at the objection counter.

  1. Well done TDP1RA, for always working towards improving the security services despite all the objections from the few who fail to see what you are trying to do for the community as a whole!
Extra well done for gently and patiently making the two individuals see your point of view and withdraw their objection.
I can't believe you guys actually invited these people to go and complaint for five Sundays. I'm pretty sure you had to face some ugly verbal abuses and insults when you could be resting at home after a long week at work!
Looking forward to seeing the wave card system in action.
Thanks again and keep up the good work.
