We are pleased to inform that TDP 1RA will be launching its recycling campaign to all residents in Taman Desa Phase 1 starting from the following date:
Date : 21st April 2012
Time : 09.00 am to 13.00pm
Frequencies : Every Saturday
Collection Method : Visit from house to house
New to the world of recycling at home? We are glad to introduce a home recycling system to make it convenient and easy to divert as much of your garbage waste to recycling as possible.
Knowing what you can recycle will help you set up an effective home recycling program for you and your family
How to sort your recyclables: Just separate food waste, diapers, tampon and any other wet items from rest of materials and place them in a separate bin or container. The recycling company will collect cans, cardboard, plastics, glass bottles, soda cans, food wrappers, office paper, newspaper, cleaning products, vehicle parts, brake disc & pad, old tires, containers from personal care products and paper waste, makeup & lotion containers, old cloths and etc.
As this recycling program is aim to generate income for each and every household that participate in the program. We have manage to convince the company that going to do the recycling program to pay RM 0.20 per every kilogram that they collect from each residents.
