Ok, now I know the reason why the meeting room was in dark last Friday night. Normally every Friday night the meeting room is full of activity. Oh dear poor residents. Does community work also have to face this type of problem? It looks like little Napoleon is taking charge of the fate of Taman Desa residents. Oh dear what will be next?
Dear committee members of Taman Desa Rukun Tetangga, We residents greatly appreciate your commitments and hard work to bring about better living condition in our Taman!
Please do bear with some of these irritations and jealousy acts from our scumbag. We just can't change certain people to behave more gentlemanly, so we hope the committee be more Magnanimous and forgiving towards them!!
What RM 20 per hour is the rental collected from Rukun Tetangga? I think TDRA desperately in need of money to pay for Phase 2 security services. Short of fund lah!!!. Pity them. Desperate act by TDRA to slaughter residents conducting community activities.
I have seen many times people playing basket ball even after midnight with all the lights on? Wonder how much they pay for it? Or maybe its close one eye syndrome because it TDRA committee members related people. So no need to pay
Please let this William Chan (WC) be our catalyst to foster closer unity and harmony among all of us…..beloved Taman Desa residents!!
Together we’ll build a safer and more comfortable living environment .
Thanks to him, now we have better community leaders, who are more humane, dedicated and committed to champion our cause!
We can say ‘No’ to such community tyrant (Flush the WC) who is abusing the power and trust that the people have given to him.
We now have the resources and the momentum. What we need now is for all of us to join in and work hard together. United we can beat crimes and revive our neighbourhood muhibbah spirits!!
Cheers to our RT committee and fellow volunteers!!
WC fail to understand that the buildings were paid using money collected from residents of Taman Desa, mainly Phase 1 residents. At that time he was NOT even a resident of Taman Desa. We need to put a stop to all his evil act. Enough is enough. He is driving everyone mad.
It is easier to destroy than to create value. Its sad that a 30 year old RA is being destroyed by the some if not all of the present Office Bearers.
What has the present Committee of TDRA done for the community of Taman Desa? Organizing & spending money on self gratifying functions & events which do not bring direct benefit to people LIVING IN Taman Desa.
Now they resort to terrorising residents who volunteer themselves and personal resources for the greater community!
I hope they repent and not turn into urban terrorists! As the previous comment...I pray for them
From the tone of the letter written by William Chan, it looks like they are very serious in collecting money from residents. It looks like extortion. Be careful Rukun Tetangga members, he might throw red paints into your house compound if you people do pay up the rental for using the meeting room. Real Ah Long style of doing business.
The Hall is a building built using funds belonging to the Community of Taman Desa and it is on land belonging to the government!
I just had a look at the last Financial Statement of TDRA. NOWHERE in the Financial Statements is stated that TDRA own the property! Will a qualified accountant & lawyer please comment? How did the Auditors of TDRA audited the Financial Statements?
I totally agree with the anonymous reader. TDRA been managed such a way by the leadership. They feel that they can do anything they like. Hope the new Residents Association can put a stop to what been going on for the benefit of the residents.

ReplyDeleteWilliam Chan is really all out to sabotage Phase 1 resident’s activities including Guarded Neighbourhood Security Scheme.
ReplyDeleteHe goes through all that trouble so that he can write this letter... What is he trying to prove???
ReplyDeleteHe himself said that there was already a block booking... so why was the room not opened?.... who is provoking who? Seriously, What IS he up to?
ReplyDeleteI agree with the anonymous who said - we just can't change people to behave more gentlemanly,

Yes! even a WC can bully us and step on us if we're not UNITED!!
ReplyDeleteAll residents, hope we learn a good lesson. We must stay united and care for each other!
We must resolve our differences as residents of this community and respect each other even if our opinions might differ!!
Lets all say a pray for our enemies
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone in TDRA committee with good common sense.
ReplyDeleteThose committee with good common sense all got bullied out.!! That's the reason why we MUST not give up and keep fighting to the end!

Fishy...
Who gave TDRA the right to take such a high handed approach? The facility BELONGS TO THE COMMUNITY! They have crossed the line this time...
