Dear
Sir/Madam,
Will
You Join Us In Protecting Our Community?
The
New Wave Access Card is meant for our residents and their immediate family
members living at the same address only. Wave cards WILL NOT be issued to their friends, relatives,
tuition teachers, employees or other persons NOT LIVING within the Guarded Community.
We
will only issue the wave access cards to subscribers and their family members
who are residing in Phase 1 Taman Desa within our guarded neighbourhood
scheme. Wave cards WILL NOT be
issued to any subscribers family members living outside our guarded
neighbourhood.
The
Wave Card Access System costs almost Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Fifty
Thousand (RM150,000.00) which is funded by soft loans and kind contributions
from Committee Members and Residents within the Guarded
Community. The new measures are necessary to improve the level
of security within our guarded neighbourhood. We therefore seek every
single resident’s cooperation to make the new security measure achieve its
goals.
Please
also be informed that once the wave access card system is implemented all
vehicles using the wave access card must also have valid vehicle windscreen
stickers displayed on the vehicle. Any user of wave access card that do not have
valid windscreen stickers displayed will have the cards deactivated and
cancelled.
Please contact
us if you may have any questions about the above matter and we’ll be happy to
discuss it.
We appreciate your support and we look forward to your full cooperation in making our community the preferred place to call home for you and your family.
Yours
in community spirit,
WONG CHEE HOW
TDP1RA Committee,
ReplyDeleteI am totally agreeable to the idea of not issuing cards to whoever that does not live within our community. In fact my family will be effected due to this as my sister and brothers come by almost every day. I made a point to explain to them and they understand and support the new measures taken by the RA. Hope the others will also cooperate and do not create havoc.
Thank again for all the hard work
